Personal Injury & Criminal Defense

Firm was hired by a client after she was involved in a major motor vehicle accident and found at-fault by the police. Attorney was able to travel to the scene and get surveillance video from a nearby business showing the other driver at fault. Attorney spoke with the police officer and the officer dismissed the citation and amended the report to find the other driver at fault. Client was able to then pursue a personal injury case. (result still pending on dollar amount of settlement)

Personal Injury & Criminal Defense

Firm was hired by a client after he was involved in a major motor vehicle accident and cited by police for distracted driving. Attorney was able to get discovery and uncovered statements where the other driver admitted to driving improperly. Attorney was able to go to court and as a result all charges were dropped. Criminal Defense & Immigration

Attorney went to court with client on a simple traffic citation. At court the client was arrested on a bench warrant from immigration in another state.
